The Formula

• The formula is to act on your highest passion and excitement, best you can with no insistence and no expectations, remain as positive as possible, and take the path of the least resistance.
• Energy is always dynamic and never static.
• You cannot experience what you are not the vibration of.  If you want a different experience in life, you need to change your frequency.
• The EGO acts like it knows what is best for you, but it doesn’t. It has no clue how to change the egocentric patterns and messages inside of yourself so you can get to your life’s purpose, and be open to trusting.

“I dedicate my life to helping myself continue to learn lessons, laugh from my belly, love others often, and forgive when needed so my soul can navigate through this physical body in the most enjoyable and positive way possible. I understand that change is necessary to grow and recognize this the first spiritual law – everything changes. I understand that what you put out in the world is what you get back and I will continue to build this awareness. I will then help others who authentically want the same and will guide, teach, coach, and counsel to the best of my ability. I will sending healing love and energy to the animals in the world and pray for more kindness, support, and protections for them. I will send healing love back to Gaia who replenishes our spirit daily with grounding and self power and ask those with abilities to fund new ways to keep her healthy to be inspired to do so. I will send healing love to the skies and the universe where stars sparks and planets turn and be grateful for the fluffy colorful energy they send back to all of us daily.
